Our History

M & P Boat Centre is the Boats under 30 feet division of M & P Mercury Sales Ltd, with locations in Burnaby and Nanaimo, BC.

M & P Mercury Sales began as a family business in 1957 displaying hand-crafted boats and Mercury Outboard motors. Now, more than sixty-five years later, we continue to be family-owned and operated and it shows in everything that we do. Our core values guide our decision-making and growth: Integrity, Honesty and Genuine Concern for our clients. Since 1957, we have dedicated ourselves to serving our customers, providing them with the very best boat sales and service experience and earning the reputation of Vancouver's Premier Powerboat Dealer.

Over the last 65 years, we have seen tremendous change and innovation in the marine industry. Two of our longest-standing brands, now known all over the world are Sea Ray (est 1959) and Boston Whaler (est 1958). In the early 2000’s, we expanded our facilities with a Yacht Centre in beautiful Coal Harbour Marina and have continued to add additional boat and yacht brands to our portfolio.

We are thankful for the continued opportunity to guide boaters to adventure and relaxation on the sparkling waters of beautiful British Columbia.
