His guidance around utilizing the excellent service department to prep my boat for sale not only helped get a great price but I’m sure expedited the sale of my boat. Through their brokerage program I was able have M&P handle all the paperwork. It’s been 2 1/2 months and we couldn’t be happier with the ATX surf boat we purchased.

I’ve bought two used boats (Whaler and Sea Ray) from the original owners that bought the boats at M&P. I’ve had some work done on my Sea Ray here and I’ve always been satisfied. Recently I had them do work on my trailer and they were fantastic. Courtenay was very good about communication and setting expectations. They were on time, fair price, and great work. Their trailer guy is a magician, and super helpful! While searching for new boats I felt they were the only honest dealer to purchase from, so I ordered a new boat from them in January and can’t wait to get it!!

Was looking at a used boat and Grant in sales went out of his way to answer every question and even went out in the rain to get me more pictures. I didn't end up buying the boat, but the service was excellent. I wouldn't hesitate going back and recommend you give them a look!

My husband and I had a fantastic experience with M&P Mercury. We worked with Boyd Roe and Lyle Williams on the search for and eventual purchase of our beautiful new boat. It took months to find and when we did, the process was very smooth. The boat needed some work so all of it was completed at M&P and it now looks and performs like a brand new vessel. We could not pick it up right away and there was no problem with it residing there for a few extra weeks while we sorted our moorage. On the day we finally put her in the water, we did not have a part that was absolutely required to launch - we called and Boyd hopped into his car and drove it down to us within a 1/2 hour of our phone call. I am very happy with the service, the honesty and correcting of the problem. I booked in the boat to get the hydraulic steering fixed and a tuneup at the same time. When I took the boat out a problem occurred I contacted Caetano Pilotto and he was very professional got the boat back in right away and everything was was addressed and went beyond to make sure I was satisfied. They dealt with everything very professional. Happy customer
